Company report
Nokia is a worldwide international company that produces mobile phones, multimedia players etc. I think everybody knows Nokia Corporation. It is very successful and popular brand of mobile phones.
The Annual Report that I have received is very long. They included probably all events, financial reports, balance sheet, cash flow statement, change in price of shares between these years.
There are some important changes in 2007 that I want to mention.
• Nokia’s operating profit for 2007 increased 45%
• Nokia’s net sales for 2007 increased 24% to EUR 51 058 million (EUR 41 121 million for 2006).
• Research and development expenses were EUR 5 647 million in 2007, up 45% from EUR 3 897 million in 2006.
So there are huge number of changes in one year period.
