Concept: Parents can rent toys from a set mothly description fee(that is much lower than the price of purchasing toys) and return them when their children become bored with them.
Advantages:
• Many people would find it convenient way to decrease expenses on baby toys
• Attractive price for unlimited number of toys per month
• Mostly don’t have variable costs
• Nice cover of a webpage
• Easy to follow the instructions and order a toy
Disadvantages:
• Many people would like to keep toys for children more than one month
• Easy to copy the idea and create similar website
• Usually babies breaking toys, so they should buy new one
• Competitive market
However I don’t know how much profit they do, they might do a big profit also no. But I think during the recession it becomes more popular, because it’s more cheaper.
